James Norman joined ABOUT in 2023 as Vice President of Technology, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in leading technology and engineering teams in delivering market-leading and modern solutions that deliver value. James is known in the software industry for his unique ability to build high-performing technical teams that produce high-quality, innovative software.  

Before joining ABOUT, James led technology and product teams as Chief Technology Officer at Solve.Care and eHealth Technologies and held senior leadership roles over a 14-year tenure at UnitedHealth Group.
